Almost all of us have had bad breath and never knew about it until someone told us. Due to the location of our oral cavity, it can be very difficult to smell our own bad breath. 1] Eating yogurt is one way to cure bad breath. You should eat low carb or sugar-free yogurt twice a day for at least six weeks.

2] Another tip on getting rid of bad breath is to drink plenty of water.

3] Brushing your teeth after each meal is another tip on getting rid of bad breath fast.

4] Flossing will also help you get rid of your bad breath.

5] Gargling with baking soda and warm water is another bad breath cure.

6] Drinking green tea is another remedy for bad breath. Drink one cup of green tea a day to help stop your breath from stinking.

7] Good oral hygiene is essential to treat bad breath, because bad breath usually caused by the bacteria that live in your mouth.

8] Visit your dentist at least every six months that can help you for cleaning your mouth free of plaque build up and checking up for other problems that may cause to bad breath.

9] Bad breath is also caused by dry mouth. Breathing through your mouth can lead to having a dry mouth, so another step in how to treat bad breath is to keep your mouth moist.

10] Clean and replace your toothbrush regularly.

11] Avoid mouthwashes with dyes and alcohol.

12] Parsley, coriander, clove, fennel and anise seeds are great breath freshners.

You should take all care in cleaning your teeth by using proper tooth brush and adopting correct brushing technique.
